GREEN TEA

Green tea has been used by human beings for centuries, for its various health benefits. It also helps in lowering the blood pressure if someone suffers from high blood pressure. It can be consumed as either a fruit or as juice, it is beneficial in both ways.
GINGER

Also known as ‘Adrak’ in Hindi, Ginger is mostly known for it’s digestive and anti-flatulent properties. It also added in Tea to cure sore-throat and cough. But it is also a herb that promotes heart-health. Ginger helps in preventing blood clots, lowering blood cholesterol levels, maintaining and lowering blood pressure and improving blood circulation. It also works as a perfect substitute to aspirin, which is given when someone suffers from a cardiac arrest, to dissolve blood clots.
